Brooklyn & Reading!!!
Brooklyn is really taking off in her reading. I have got to say teaching my child to read is indescribably wonderful. It's such a proud moment to hear your child accomplish something you have been teaching and working with them on.
Home schooling has been such an awesome experience. I can have my days of doubts, but are filled with more abundance days of joy. I am learning this year of things I need to do differently for next year. I have also learned things that she loves and what I will continue in the following years. These times in my children's lives will rapidly flash by, but I wouldn't change it for the world. I wouldn't change getting the opportunity to teach my children. To see their strengths and weaknesses and get to help mold and direct them. Not only teaching them basics of life but teaching them to be a light in this world. To not be conformed to this world but transformed.
Romans 12:2 "Do not conform to the pattern of the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's ill is - his good, pleasing and perfect will."
