Spokane!

A couple weeks ago Dennis and I got a chance to go up to Spokane Washington and attend a conference called Aspire! Our speaker Art Azurdia pastor at Trinity Church in Portland and a Professor  of Pastoral Theology and Church Ministry at Western Seminary. He was very animated and I love how he was so passionet about what he was teaching on. He articulated in such detail that I truly feel I need to expand my vocabulary. 

We also attend a few brake out sessions that were eye openers as well. One being on Refugees to the United states and another one being on Biblical Counseling. 

We got to stay with a friend who graduated from our same high school just a year behind us and her husband and two cute and adorable little boys. What a wonderful weekend to just be together as a couple, enjoy friendships and be in God's Word.
