Lead Me

Lead me Father, Cause I can't do it on my own. What strong truth found in those words. I can't imagine my life without Christ. Why be kind to your neighbor? Why love and respect your spouse? What would you have to live for? What an empty feeling and loneliness. Only through God can I make it in life. My flesh is alive in Christ! That burden is lifted off my shoulders and given over to God. He is what gets me through life. He does so much for me.

The words in this song remind me of what a Christian father feels. I am not a man, but I know they take on such a big responsibility in a family. They are the head of the household. I know Dennis can take on what I can't. I see him take on things that I know God gives him the strength too. I am very blessed to have a man who is striving and willing to do what God places on his heart, and puts forth in our lives. He is the leader of our home and blessed to have him as my husband.
